Thank you for the superb job you & your great crew did in restoring my house. I understand that the floor re finishers I hired separately refused to move furniture and that you were forced to get movers at a moment's notice so you could keep to the schedule I was given; for that my thanks.
I feel the house looks considerably better than it did before! From Bill & Thomas, to the two crews of floor people, to the two cleaners, all of you went above & beyond. Thank you also for authorizing the cleaners to start at the top of the house and work their way down; their efforts have gone a long way to alleviating my asthma symptoms, which were rather aggravated for a time. To end, if I was ever in need of another renovation you & your company would be my first choice. Many, many thanks for all your help.

As a Realtor, reliable contractors are important partners for my business. My most recent experience with Chris and Colton really reminded me of that.
A client called me to list her tenanted condo unit, and said she had her contractor in there replacing the kitchen just ahead of her planned sale.
I met the contractor (and the tenants), got his timeline, saw the unit with its gutted kitchen, and took note of his target completion date. When the completion date arrived, there was no change from the day I first saw the unit. He took deposits and never did any work, leaving the tenants to live without a kitchen and my client without full rent payments for a total of 3 months.
I called 8 Fold. Chris and Colton showed up the next day, on a Saturday, got us a quote within hours, and got the job done in less than two weeks. The whole time, they worked around the tenants' schedules. The tenants repeatedly expressed how grateful they were for the crew - and how respectful they were. I just can't say enough about the work ethic and high level of customer service this company offers! Just wish I could give more stars.
